Harrison came to live with us in December 2001, "retiring" after a successful show career. We have Dave and Peggy Helming to thank for their generosity in letting this special boy come to live with us. He was a joy to own, with perfect manners. He fit into our family beautifully, and learned the joy of wading through puddles. After moving west, he earned his Canadian championship, his well deserved Canine Good Citizen award and his Draft Dog title. Harrison preferred being with us to any other pursuit. We lost Harrison not long before his 13th birthday and still miss him every day.
