Where to start with Sam? She was a special dog, and taught me so much. She was successful in the show ring from puppyhood to veteran status. She was Best Opp in Puppy Sweeps at the 1994 National and won the 9 and over Veteran Sweeps class (at age 11 1/2) at the 2004 National. She was my second VN, and my first CDX. She's the one that everyone wanted to cuddle, because of her sweet face. We lost her a few days before she turned 15 1/2. She was the NCA's oldest living Newf for 2008 and again for 2009. She left a huge hole in our lives, and our hearts.
